Network Service Coordinator
Description
The Telco Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Network Services Analyst and handles planning, quoting, transactions and disputes with AT&T and other carriers on the behalf of our clients.
Key responsibilities
Pre-sale
Network Services service inventory assessment, application analysis/engineering, cost comparison, and network services proposals
Telco bill Reviews
CPNI / inventory assessment
Carrier product / promotion application
Mid-sale
Network Services contract management
Product pricing
Promotions
Contract generation
Carrier orders and scope-of-work preparation
Post-sale
Network Services order management
Order submittal & tracking
Implementation preparation (i.e., Tech interviews, documentation, etc.)
Implementation coordination (between carrier, customer, and TMG departments)
Network services Customer Relationship/Account management
Periodic Bill reviews/assessments
Post-implementation account cleanup
Account management and maintenance
MACDs
Sales support / consulting
Technical support (trouble tickets, etc.)
Required qualifications
The candidate needs to have a background in telecommunications and/or datacom, preferably carrier (or vendor) relationship experience at an interconnect or Network Services partner/agent or has recently been in this role at AT&T or another full-service AT&T Solution Provider.
Additionally, s/he needs to have fundamentally strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with Excel. Above all, this person must have a fundamental sense of urgency about their work, willingness to learn something new every day, a generally positive disposition, and tolerate a continuously changing and demanding environment.
