
Westfield Shopping Town Valley Fair contacted The Maynard Group to analyze their telecommunications system. They were having trouble with excessive busy signals and calls not consistently reaching their customer service staff. After a full system assessment, The Maynard Group recommended a full system upgrade to the NEC Electra Elite product. This system allows Westfield to provide direct phone numbers for each staff member and have the regional office share on the same system without effecting the management offices phone lines. The NEC system also allows the customer service department to receive multiple calls, instead of just one. All users at Westfield Valley Fair use NEC's 32 button speakerphone so that they can see, at a glance, which co-workers are on the phone.
