Twin Lakes is the largest church in Santa Cruz County. Their campus is expansive with buildings dotted all over several acres of property. There is even a school and preschool. Twin Lakes contacted The Maynard Group to help them sort out their telecommunications "Hodge podge". They had maxed out their old system and began adding dedicated phone lines all over the place, costing them thousands of dollars each year. We implemented the NEC NEAX system which combined all of their telephone services into a single, easily managed platform that is saving them money. They currently have over 100 extensions. We have set up each phone to have voice mail and a direct line, freeing up precious time for the administrative office, which used to answer and route calls for all departments. The voice mail system has streamlined communications as well, allowing callers to hear recorded information about upcoming events, service schedules, etc.
