Selix Formalwear is Northern California's leading supplier of rental tuxedos and suits. They have about 45 retail stores and over 200 outlets. Selix has been a customer of The Maynard Group for over 6 years. Initially their objective was to upgrade the telephone system in two of their main corporate locations. At that time we were tasked with the replacement of all telephones and implementation of wireless solutions, voice mail and a customer service ACD call center. Over the years we have added voice mail capabilities for each retail store, direct line for select staff members and a PRI service. Our network services team also assessed all phone services to structure a program which saves them thousands of dollars each month on their phone bill.
