Cruzio's challenge was to seamlessly integrate two offices and be able to obtain statistical reporting on their call center. Our engineers designed a complete solution based upon the NEC NEAX technology. Voice Over IP was used to seamlessly link phones in the remote offices to the main phone system, with centralized voice mail, intercom and the ability to transfer calls between locations.

The call center is carefully monitored on NEC's Call Center Worx software which provides Cruzio's management staff the ability to view real-time information on call volumes, hold times, etc. Because customer service is the highest priority with Cruzio efficiency of the Technical Support Call Center is of the greatest importance.
