
Castelle is the leading provider of network-based facsimile products for business. We are also partnered with Castelle so that we can offer their high quality fax servers to our clients.
Castelle relys on The Maynard Group for their voice communications requirements and data cable infrastructure. The objective was to link all systems together into a Unified Messaging Environment. Using the NEC NEAX technology, we were able to integrate their own flagship Fax Press fax server directly into the telephone system, providing direct fax numbers for each Castelle employee. We also setup an ACD call center for the Technical Support Department. Calls are queued for the next available agent and routed to the correct agent based upon the callers product selection. The available agent only receives calls that match with their skill set. Real time reporting allows the Castelle call center manager to monitor activity and generate valuable statistical reports. Call Center information can also be exported to Excel.
Castelle also uses the NEC NEAXmail voice mail system. The automated attendant functionality has been setup to route callers to the correct salesperson based upon zip code information.
An integral conference bridge allows Castelle to host their own multi-party conference calls saving them thousands of dollars each month. Castelle assigns "Participant Numbers" to callers that need to utilize the conference center. On and off-site callers simply dial a special Castelle toll free number, enter their Participant Number and they automatically join the conference call in progress. Up to 32 party's can join.
