MEET DEAN MAYNARD
Dean Maynard, founder of The Maynard Group, launched
the business in 1991 during high school. At first specializing in telecommunications
systems and service for the entertainment industry, his initial client was
rapper Vanilla Ice. Dean has a dynamic customer support philosophy and an
uncommon concern for client satisfaction. He directs the company based upon values,
loyalty and integrity. He believes that customers and employees always come first,
and shares an appreciation for quality in every detail, fair pricing, professionalism
and consistency. Today, Dean’s role is to direct the organization and set the
future path for the company. His primary focus is to develop a wider range of
products and service offerings, as well as expanding The Maynard Group into new
territories. He is also active in the local community and recognizes co-workers
who volunteer and participate in charitable endeavors.

has provided me opportunities to talk with the most remarkable and inspiring individuals.
I am fascinated by the businesses and organizations that they have built. It doesn’t
matter what the industry, I love seeing the action behind the scenes. It’s almost
like being in school and going on field trips everyday! I now know all about how a
sewage treatment plant functions, tuxedos are cleaned, shoes are made, surfboards
designed — you name it. In fact, I even got to work for the President of the United
States on a project. My exciting career in telecommunications has made all of this possible.”
